Rifelion is partnering with The Mosquers Film Festival for the second year in a row to support Muslim screenwriters.
Individuals or teams will be required to submit a one-page synopsis of their short film idea and a 8-12 page script.
The scripts must feature Muslim characters and must be sci-fi, horror or fantasy themed.
Select finalists will be required to submit an updated 8-12 page short film script and a 5-10 page pitch deck which they will present live at The Mosquers Film Festival in Edmonton, Alberta on September 21, 2024. $1,000 in prizes will be distributed.
We are holding three ONLINE virtual info sessions, open to anyone who may want to learn more about this exciting opportunity. We invite you to attend and spread the word amongst the Muslim creators in your network.
